btw we have been talking about using fair rules and how many rules people are allowed to have to keep the fact u may have to change them in mind

Didnt you say like elite four get 4 rules, Professors/Frontier get 3 rules, and Gym leaders get 2 rules

professors dont have rules frontier already have set rules and i said gym leaders should get 3 its not final
