What is this gonna be used for exactly?

The current forums and sections are a template, I just added them thinking that they maybe used. If you want something changed, say.

My thought for this was people could post if they want to challenge for a position, so Gym Trainer challenging for Leader and then the Leader could respond and then the battles take place. Then update the topic based on win/lose.

Same would go for Gym Leaders to Elite Four, etc.

I thought this would be better so that information is relied on others passing it around...
